By accessing and using the technology infrastructure consulting services offered by ufffff, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully.
ufffff provides latency analysis, diagnosis of bottlenecks in corporate digital traffic, processing speed optimization, and training in private network architecture, IT network security, and load balancing. Services are provided upon the client's express request and do not guarantee specific results regarding the future performance of the systems.
The client agrees to provide truthful information and controlled access to their systems for the performance of the analyses. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and data shared during the consulting process. ufffff is not liable for damages arising from incorrect information or unauthorized access granted by the client.
ufffff shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, or lost profits that may arise from the use of the technical recommendations provided. The maximum liability of ufffff in any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
All educational material, technical reports, methodologies, and tools developed by ufffff for the provision of the service are the exclusive property of ufffff. The client receives a limited use license for internal purposes only, without the right to redistribution or commercial exploitation.
The client may cancel the service with 15 business days' prior notice. ufffff reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes 30 days in advance via the registered email address. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modifications.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Baní, Peravia.
